Using TeachLivE, with students scripted from real case studies within the school system, Osceola County Teachers are able to interact with 5 students who represent various degrees of giftedness. The students include marginalized groups such as English Language Learners (ELLs) and Economically Disadvantaged (ED) students. The children also represent five different countries or cultures around the world. It is our hope that Project GLIMPSE will lead to an increase in students being identified and served in gifted classrooms, ideally leading to an increase in the percentage of minority students served.
